Our Paris, Illinois office has enjoyed thousands of successes serving civil engineering needs of East-Central Illinois, and works together with our clients on a variety of infrastructure projects throughout the region. We have an immediate opening for an Civil Engineer III with a background in civil engineering to lead the a team of professionals dedicated to planning, developing, designing, and managing various municipal and private projects in an Office Manager position.
As the Civil Engineer III (Office Manager) you will:
Collaborate with our Operations Team comprised of other Office Managers to ensure processes and procedures are working effectively across the firm;
Manage and supervise the entire office location including, client coordination, project development, staff goals and performance;
Engage and communicate with current and future clients;
Help grow our client base;
Ensure quality control and quality assurance of deliverables; and
Develop and mentor staff.
The Civil Engineer III (Office Manager) best suited for this role will have:
Have 10+ years of experience managing staff in an engineering or municipal environment
Have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (preferred), or related field
Have strong technical, oral and written communication and presentation skills
Want to work in a collaborative team environment
