Marketing Coordinator Chastain & Associates LLC (Chastain) has an exciting opportunity for a leadership position with our Marketing Team. As Marketing Coordinator at Chastain, you will need the knowledge, skill, and ability to lead and perform a wide variety of marketing related tasks for a professional services firm focused on engineering designing and building infrastructure in the Midwest.
Your responsibilities will include:
Setting and achieving strategic goals related to social media metrics, advertising, and marketing campaign initiatives.
Providing writing and editing support for proposals, Chastain’s website, social media, and print materials. You will ensure that all proposals, qualification packages, presentations, and general marketing materials portray our brand and produce best-in-class, competitive marketing material. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating existing marketing collateral and assets such as project profiles, project photography, team resumes, brochures, website, etc. You should understand and guide efforts in graphic design as well as website creation and maintenance.
Managing all marketing operations of the organization including development, planning, and execution of various marketing programs and advertising initiatives in support of the organization’s growth goals and reputation. The Marketing Coordinator interprets business objectives and develops successful marketing campaigns from idea to execution. You will ensure that Chastain’s message is clearly defined and distributed across all channels and targeted audiences, as well as the coordination of the organizations’ marketing budget.
Building and maintaining a content calendar that attracts qualified audiences to our various platforms.
Managing and building email lists and campaigns.
Ensuring that conference/recruitment/trade show materials are organized, packed and delivered to the various sites.
Conducting market research and staying abreast of competitor positioning.
Visiting and coordinating with each office to ensure an understanding of our various skill sets and marketing needs.
Driving our brand strategy by continually monitoring client response to the company branding and possibly redefine and reimagine the organization’s current brand strategy to ensure that it is properly aligned with Chastain’s vision and long-range plan.
Managing other projects and tasks as assigned by exhibiting resourcefulness, creativity, and an outward mindset.
Actively participant in developing new methods for engaging with prospective clients. You will lead the process for developing new clients in each office location and help set the marketing investment for each pursuit.
The qualifications you will need:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related major preferred or equivalent experience.
5+ years of marketing experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Prior experience with social media and search advertising campaigns.
Exceptional written/verbal communication, proofreading and copyediting skills.
Ability to operate well in a fast-paced environment while successfully managing and executing multiple projects on time.
Ability to build rapport with leadership and staff within all levels of the organization.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to take initiative and to work both independently and as part of a team.

You have A/E/C or professional services experience.
You are proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite applications including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
You are familiar with Deltek Vision or other CRM databases.
