Working at Chastain has been very rewarding, challenging and flat out fun. They offer a very flexible working environment (half day Fridays) as well as being family-friendly and understanding when things do come up. The projects are very diverse and they are always open to employees who want to spread their wings and wear many hats on a project. My co-workers are very genuine
and are always available to lend a helping hand on project related issues.

I have been with Chastain since August 2008. Working for Chastain has been a positive experience. For me, the most important thing has been their willingness to be flexible with not only my hours, but the location where I do my work. I was provided with all the necessary equipment to work from home during the pandemic, which allowed me to be there for my kids while homeschooling. They also are understanding on non-traditional or shorter hours when necessary. I feel like they allow me to put my family first and not feel pressured to choose between my income or my families wellbeing. I appreciate the sense of teamwork, when learning a new task. I know there are co-workers who are available and are willing to provide not only support but advice on how to do my job better and accurately. Overall, Chastain is a great company. They are always striving to make employment a positive experience, from "Developing and Implementing an Outward Mindset" (DIOM) training to "Entrepreneurial Operating System" (EOS) workshops.
