Office Manager - Paris, IL

Our Paris, Illinois office has enjoyed thousands of successes serving civil engineering needs of East-Central Illinois, and works together with our clients on a variety of infrastructure projects throughout the region. We have an immediate opening for an Office Manager with a background in civil engineering to lead the a team of professionals dedicated to planning, developing, designing, and managing various municipal and private projects.
 
As the Office Manager you will:
  • Collaborate with our Operations Team comprised of other Office Managers to ensure processes and procedures are working effectively across the firm;
  • Manage and supervise the entire office location including, client coordination, project development, staff goals and performance;
  • Engage and communicate with current and future clients;
  • Help grow our client base;
  • Ensure quality control and quality assurance of deliverables; and
  • Develop and mentor staff.
 
The Office Manager best suited for this role will have:
  • Have 10+ years of experience managing staff in an engineering or municipal environment
  • Have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (preferred), or related field
  • Have strong technical, oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Want to work in a collaborative team environment
