Curtis Cook, P.E. - Principal
Mr. Cook is a licensed professional engineer with more than 32 years of experience in the public and private sectors. For the past 24 years, he has served as the Ogle County Engineer where he used a proactive approach and innovation to meet the needs of the county highway system, local stakeholders and transportation users. He was responsible for the construction and maintenance of the county highway system consisting of 273 miles of highways and 55 bridges. He supervised the maintenance and engineering staff of 20 employees, and provided technical, administrative, and maintenance assistance and/or advice to 24 Township Road Commissioners. He compiled and oversaw implementation of the Five Year Construction Plan and Annual Budget. He reviewed, approved, inspected, and accepted all construction of new subdivision streets and roads in unincorporated areas of Ogle County, and served as coordinator/advisor to Ogle County GIS Partnership made up of 15 public agencies within Ogle County. Mr. Cook joined the firm as a Principal in 2016 and is the Office Manager for the Rockford branch office.
