2014 Pavement Maintenance South, DuPage County, Illinois
Chastain was retained to provide Phase III construction engineering for the county's 2014 Pavement Maintenance program. This project involved bituminous resurfacing, sidewalk and ADA ramp improvements, curb and gutter, storm sewer cleaning and adjustments, and partial depth patching for 10 locations (3 miles) of county routes. Scope of work included layout, inspection, documentation and close out of all items involved in the improvement. Project was completed in 2014 for a total construction cost of $2.5 million. |
