Landstrom Road Reconstruction, Rockford, Illinois
Chastain provided Phase III construction engineering services for the observation and documentation of construction activities on Landstrom Road. Project improvements included full width resurfacing, new curb and gutter, new sidewalks, ADA ramps, driveway aprons, and storm sewer repairs. Scope of work included field observation, preparation of daily reports, field measurements of contractor progress, and quantity documentation support for the project. This project was completed in 2013 for a total construction cost of $584,000. |
