Warehouse Expansion, Decatur, Illinois This multi-million dollar, 140,000 square foot expansion project doubled the size of the existing Parke & Son warehouse and distribution facility on East Mound Road to meet current and anticipated growth in business associated with the Midwest Inland Port. Parke serves the nation's industrial community with public warehousing offering same-day access to the giant markets of Chicago, Indianapolis and St. Louis. Chastain provided professional engineering services updating a 2006 site plan and permitting for SWPPP and Land Disturbance applications. |
